01

When can my children and pets go on the lawn?

If granular fertilizer is used you may go on the lawn immediately after the application. If liquid weed control is used, allow the material to dry on the grass before children and pets are allowed on it. Drying time will vary with weather conditions. Approximate drying time is 4 hours.

02

When should I water my lawn?

Lawns should be watered in the early morning for approximately 15 minutes, 3 days per week, depending on weather conditions. After a new lawn application is made, wait 24 hours before watering the lawn. Do not water at night because it may lead to increased disease activity in the lawn.

03

What happens if it rains on my scheduled date?

Occasionally, rainy weather causes a disruption in our work schedule. This is unavoidable, and we expect that to happen each year from time to time. Our protocol for handling this situation is simply to push the job schedule forward as needed to catch up. For instance, if your designated mow day is Wednesday, and we get rained out on Tuesday, we would arrive on Thursday to service your property. Then, we will resume the normal schedule the following week.

04

Do you guarantee your work?

If there is something your are not happy with, we ask that you talk to the crew on site or reach out to Jason within the first 5 days of the project completion date.  GSL cannot guarantee any plant material once it has been installed on the property, as our vendors don't offer any warranty to us.

05
