Pesticide Applicator
We are looking for a lawn care pesticide applicator to deliver high-quality fertilization and pesticide services for our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and the technical knowledge required to expertly maintain turf health and appearance.
What we are looking for:

Pesticide Applicator’s License
-
Turf and Ornamental Pest Control -Category 6, 7, and Core (Required)

Turf Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

Licensing and Transportation:
-
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must have reliable personal transportation to and from our shop location.

Must have or be willing to obtain a PA Medical Card within 5 days of the date of hire.
Responsibilities:
-
Preparation: Accurately mixing and preparing a full day's worth of lawn applications (fertilizers, insecticides, etc.) before traveling to client sites.
-
Safe Application: Applying fertilizers and insecticides to turf and ornamental plants according to the prescribed schedule, company safety procedures, and product label instructions.

Specialized Services: Performing aeration and over seeding across client lawns during the spring or fall seasons.

Adaptability: Must be a willing team player, assisting with general landscape duties and tasks when needed.

Inventory & Compliance: Ensuring accurate usage logs and maintaining compliance standards for all materials handled.
Landscape Laborers
We are looking for dedicated team members who wants to expand their experience and grow their career.
As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks to ensure the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial properties. .This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for landscaping.
What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape installation.

Has a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Can be flexible as our schedules change depending on the weather and season.

Is proficient in landscape services and installations

Mowing Crew Foreman
If you are a proven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional property landscape and maintenance services, we want to talk to you. You will be responsible for leading a crew that serves our residential and commercial clients.
As a Mowing Foreman, you are the leader and face of your route. You will be actively in the field, managing all aspects of a dedicated mowing route, including:

Crew Leadership: Directing and working alongside a 1–2 person crew (including yourself).

Operations Management: Operating a truck, trailer, and commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

Execution: Accurately communicating, executing, and ensuring the quality completion of all assigned daily tasks.

Documentation: Accurately recording and reporting daily work progress and equipment status.
What we are looking for:

A minimum of 2+ years of professional mowing experience in a team leader or foreman/supervisory role is required.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience operating commercial-grade mowing and landscape equipment.
Licensing and Transportation:

Must have reliable personal transportation to and from our shop location.

Must have or be willing to obtain a PA Medical Card within 10 days of the date of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Pay: Hourly Rate based on prior experience in the landscape industry.

Benefits: Eligibility to enroll in our comprehensive benefits plan on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
